Safety Leadership Transformed

Our mission is to empower organizations with expert OSHA compliance leadership, building resilient cultures where safety is a constant value.

Pinpoint Safety is a premier consulting firm dedicated to navigating the complexities of industrial safety. Led by a former OSHA Compliance Specialist, we provide fractional Safety Director services that bridge the gap between regulatory theory and operational reality. We believe that true safety excellence isn't just about passing inspections, it's about engineering a culture of accountability and precision that protects both people and profits.

Our Mission

Elevating Safety Excellence Through Proactive Oversight

To provide organizations with the professional leadership and regulatory insight necessary to transform safety from a requirement into a core operational value. We empower businesses to protect their most valuable assets through strategic compliance, cultural engineering, and unwavering accountability.

Guiding Principles

PinPoint Safety Consulting is built on principles shaped by decades of experience working both with and inside OSHA. These values guide every recommendation we make and every partnership we build.

Safety Is a Value, Not a Priority

Priorities change with production demands and deadlines. Values do not. We help organizations treat safety as a core value—built into every decision and accountability level—so it remains constant under operational pressure.

A Dual Perspective That Benefits Employers

Nick’s experience includes serving as a Compliance Assistance Specialist (CAS) with OSHA and working in field inspection. This dual perspective gives clients insight into both how OSHA supports compliance and how it evaluates deficiencies.

Alignment Between Policy and Practice

Many organizations have strong written programs but weak execution. PinPoint Safety focuses on closing the gap, ensuring policies and training are both compliant on paper and consistently applied in practice.

Objective, Independent Evaluation

Effective safety leadership depends on unbiased insight. We provide independent evaluations that highlight strengths and expose risk without internal bias, helping leaders take meaningful corrective action.

Leadership-Level Accountability

Safety performance is driven by leadership, not paperwork. PinPoint Safety works with executives to define expectations and reinforce safety as a leadership responsibility, not just a compliance task.

Practical, Implementable Solutions

Recommendations only work if they can be put into practice. We deliver guidance that fits operational realities, helping organizations implement changes that are both compliant and sustainable.

These guiding principles support a single objective: to help organizations build safety systems that are not only compliant, but reliable, consistent, and ready for real-world regulatory scrutiny.

Leadership

Professional Approach

Nick’s approach is defined by clarity, structure, and practicality. He works closely with business owners and leadership teams to identify gaps between what is documented and what is actually happening in the workplace.

From there, he provides straightforward guidance on how to close those gaps in a way that is realistic and sustainable. His OSHA background allows him to view organizations through the lens of an inspector, while his industry experience keeps recommendations grounded in operational feasibility.

Philosophy

Nick believes that effective safety management is built on preparation, not reaction. Organizations that understand their risks, maintain clear documentation, and implement consistent processes are better positioned to protect their employees and operate without disruption.

His work is focused on helping employers reach that level of control, where compliance is not uncertain or reactive, but structured, reliable, and aligned with long-term business goals.
